Q1 - How long does it take to dispatch my order?
A - Normal orders will dispatch within 48 hours of payment. URGENT items can be dispatched within 24 hours but you must notify us on the Paypal payment notes that you need the item urgently. We read all our Paypal receipts, but if we are not informed the item is urgent then it will go out in the normal dispatch time of 48 hours.
Q2. I would like my item sent directly to the recipient. Is this possible?
A. Yes! Again notify us in the notes section on the Paypal invoice of the address you would like the item sent to, and we will send it.
Q3. Can I pay for my item without using paypal?
A. Yes, but paypal is preferred as the primary method of payment as it is so easy for us to administer. Cheques and postal orders are accepted from UK buyers and the address is on the Contact Section of the site. International buyers we accept Paypal only please.
Q4. Are the Bags and Boxes suitable for Children?
A. We strongly advise NOT to give our items to Under 5's due to the small Crystals in the Boxes/Bags that can be easily swallowed. All Baby and Christening/Naming items should be given to the parent/s of the child to be kept as a keepsake.
Q5. Can I choose the crystals for my item?
A. Each Occasion will have different crystals or combinations of crystals as each occasion will merit a different sentiment. As we have knowledge of the meaning of crystals, we decide which ones to place in our Gift Bags/Boxes and the verse to suit.
Q6. Could you put my verse on the item instead of yours?
A. Yes, but it has to fit the standard verse size of our verses, due to space restrictions on the laminate card we use. The laminated cards
have to be placed on top of boxes and inside them,
and on the tie ribbons of our bags so size and space is limited. Plus we also need to get in the meaning of the crystals too!
This would count as a Personalised item and be charged accordingly.
Q7. How much will delivery cost?
All prices on this site include the cost of postage, packaging and delivery within the UK mainland and also International postage is included by clicking the item that offers Worldwide Postage.
Q8 .What is your policy for returns?
We want you to be happy when you shop with us, if not we will refund or replace all returns received within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in their original packaging at your expense. WE WILL ISSUE REFUNDS VIA PAYPAL ONLY.
OUR GUARANTEE:
We guarantee your goods will be sent in pristine condition. Each piece is checked before being dispatched, will be very well protected and sent by "First Class Post" unless requested otherwise when additional postage charges will be incurred. In the unlikely event that upon receipt of your goods, you find they are damaged or broken, please contact us and return the product within 7 days and we will refund you. You have the right under UK law (Long distance selling regulations act 2000) to refuse to accept anydamaged/faulty order within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days from day of sale :and on returning the product be fully reimbersed. We value our customers!
PRIVACY NOTICE:
We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will never give any of your details including your e-mail address to any other persons.
We receive no bank details from the customer as payments are made through PayPal which is encrypted and secure.
